This year we are pleased to be a part of The Sanford McFarlane Family Foundation's 9th Annual "Harvest Stomp". What appears to be a really great party, with delicious food and fantastic live entertainment, is in actuality a largely successful charity event. Founded by Patti McFarlane and her children, The Sanford McFarlane Family Foundation began the "Harvest Stomp" along with many other charity functions to support their mission: "[We] are dedicated to honouring [Stanford's] memory by fulfilling his mission of enabling others to achieve. By recognizing individuals and organizations devoted to excellence, it is our aim to ensure that the positive effect Sanford had on others will continue for generations to come" - www.smffoundations.com. This year's "Harvest Stomp" will be supporting Events for Life, a local program that focuses on developmental disabilities, specifically on community integration and lifelong learning; Jack.org, a youth mental health charity focused on awareness and connecting young adults to appropriate resources; and the Canadian Olympic Foundation, with direct donations to support high-performance athletes.

At Black Angus Fine Meats & Game we believe in partnering with great companies and local suppliers that share our philosophies, and we believe in The Sanford McFarlane Family Foundation and everything they stand for. Which is why we are proud to help make this year's "Harvest Stomp" a memorable one. From an extensive menu of delicious fall-inspired recipes, to impeccable service, we hope to make the McFarlane's proud!
